Traditional property management – with a twist

  • Flexible annual management agreement
  • Management fee is payable monthly (10%) ***
  • All maintenance and management arranged by us
  • Local authority compliance ****
  • Maximised rent income potential
  • No headache from tenants
  • *** Fee is calculated after the deducting the bills (if paid by landlord)
  • ****If HMO is required, we will apply for it free of charge (subject to at least 3 year management agreement) & and you will only need to cover licence application fee payable to council and any building work required (including certificates).
