Management fee is payable monthly (10%) ***

No headache from tenants

*** Fee is calculated after the deducting the bills (if paid by landlord)
****If HMO is required, we will apply for it free of charge (subject to at least 3 year management agreement) & and you will only need to cover licence application fee payable to council and any building work required (including certificates).
