Application Process

  • Step One

    Initial property inspection and advice

    We will inspect your property and advice what changes or building works are required and how many tenants you will be allowed to have. Advice of estimated units / number of people permitted (cannot be guaranteed as the last word is still down to council).

  • Step Two

    Completion & submission of HMO licence application

    We will fill the application with all the required details (including required floor plans) on your behalf and send it to the correct department.

  • Step Three

    Assisted council inspection of the premises

    We will assist or represent you during council's inspection of the premises to assure that it goes smoothly.

  • Step Four

    Explanation of the licence and its requirements

    Once you receive draft licence we will go through it with you and explain every point of it, including any requirements pointed out by the council.
